Standing on the balcony, your only view is the crystal clear Aegean waters and all of Skiathos town stretched out in front of you. Cool breezes blow and you can watch the yachts arrive in the harbor. Have breakfast on the patio or enjoy the air conditioning and views from inside.

The villa is a part of the history of Skiathos. The famous author Zisis used this home as his rustic writer's retreat. The rustic charm has been preserved, but with all modern amenities including a well appointed tile w/c and shower. Comfortably furnished, there is one bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a limited kitchen including a cook plate and refrigerator.
